Dawn and Rick wanted to update their website, which was built in 2001. They aimed to attract more visitors to their bed and breakfast in Robert's Creek and enhance their digital presence. Additionally, they wanted to showcase the beauty of the Sunshine Coast and have the ability to update the website whenever they needed.

Moreover, they sought to create a more engaging and visually appealing site that would reflect the charm and hospitality of Cedarside Coach House. They also wanted to integrate social media links and customer testimonials to build credibility and connect with potential guests on various platforms.

Solution

I worked closely with Dawn and Rick to determine the look and feel they wanted for their new website, ensuring it matched the decor and theme of their coach house.

The website was built using WordPress to make it easier for Dawn and Rick to update the website's content whenever they needed.

Additional features such as testimonials, FAQs, and an interactive map were included to ensure that potential visitors had all the information they needed before booking. I also produced video tutorials for Dawn & Rick on how to update content on their own after the hand-off of the new website.

All the photographs on the website were also part of the project to ensure we captured the beauty of the surroundings of the coach house. We made sure to highlight the charm of the property and the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast, creating a visually appealing and informative site that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Cedarside Coach House.
